All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns for any reason other than items that arrive damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we are happy to make it right.

To be eligible for an exchange:

You must contact us within 3 days of delivery

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Original packaging must be included

Please include:

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

Exchange Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

You may be required to return the item

After inspection, we will issue an exchange for the same item or a comparable replacement if the original is unavailable

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was on our end (damaged or incorrect item)

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Non-Eligible Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

Items that show signs of wear or use

Items returned without original packaging

Items reported after the 3-day window

Sale or discounted items (if applicable)

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Style Matters is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered. Please contact your shipping carrier for assistance.
