Refund & Exchange Policy
We appreciate your business and want you to be fully informed before completing your purchase.
No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.
Exchanges for Damaged Items Only
We offer exchanges only for items that arrive damaged. To qualify for an exchange:
• The item must be unused
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• The damage must be reported and the item returned within 5 days of purchase
Once we receive and inspect the damaged item, we will issue an exchange for the same product or a comparable replacement if the original item is unavailable.
Non-Eligible Items
Items that show signs of use, are missing original packaging, or are returned after the 5-day window will not be accepted.
